6. Order Confirmation

When placing an order, customers are encouraged to share their order through WhatsApp using the provided button. This action generates a ticket number sent directly to the restaurant kitchen system, allowing the order to be processed quickly.

Orders will be prepared once payment is confirmed.

7. Order Tracking

Customers can access their My Order Portal to:

  • Track order status
  • Submit payment reference
  • Communicate with the restaurant
  • View order updates

This system helps ensure clear communication between customers and the restaurant.

8. Unpaid Orders

Orders that remain unpaid for more than 30 minutes will be automatically cancelled and removed from the system. This is necessary to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

9. Delivery Service

Home delivery is available only within selected regions. When placing an order, the system will automatically show the regions currently covered for delivery. If you are unsure whether delivery is available in your area, please contact the restaurant directly.

10. Pickup Orders

Customers may also place orders for pickup at the restaurant. Even for pickup orders, payment must be completed before the order is prepared. This policy helps prevent food waste caused by customers who place orders but never collect them.
